My Genie is an HR34-700. My bedroom DVR is an HR24-500. The Genie constantly drops the networked DVR. When I reset the Genie the network connection is restored and the bedroom DVR's playlist reappears. However, this is getting old doing this about every other day! I also have a wireless CCK connected to the Genie. The DirecTV tech who was out the other day and checked all connections says that the wireless internet connection has nothing to do with the Genie, DVR and client network-dropping issue because they are all networked by coaxial cables with the SWM. Is there a solution to this issue?
